As of January 2nd, 2013 I've joined the staff at Michaels Energy supervising the rebate processing center that also handles energy efficiency programs. I currently ensure adequate staffing is available to process rebates and meet service level objectives as well as manage a high volume of energy efficiency, renewable energy, and related program customer calls to ensure the understanding and participation for the customer programs.
