Encourages the expression and discussion of questions or concerns and answers questions thoughtfully, accurately, and as quickly as possible. Helps staff to define a reasonable action plan to deal effectively with change. Provides frequent and appropriate updates on progress, successes and challenges of change efforts.• Oversees change management for department peers, including assessing change readiness andpreparing plans to guide stakeholders through change.• Provides subject matter expertise, mentoring, support and collaboration to the department and external customers.
