- Working closely with business intelligence teams and the business school to plan and facilitate the creation of timetables for over 5000 students - Led a project to create and maintain a new process for the allocation of personal tutors to all students within the business school. Utilised Excel and PowerQuery to cleanse and transform data, into a large live reporting dataset. Working within Doncaster Chamber leading a research project as part of my dissertation. The research focused on exporting in SME's and looking to identify the key barriers they face in order to inform the ongoing development of the Chamber's service offering. Based within a Brexit environment, the research concluded that many local businesses who were already exporting did not foresee any negative impact from Brexit. However, for those firms that did not currently engage in exporting, they strongly believed Brexit would only further increase the perceived difficulties they would face in export activities.

- Working as part of the marketing team within a local charity organisation which worked with the homeless community- Work focused on the individuals attending workshops to create and manufacture their own small pieces of furniture which could then be sold to provide funds to them.- My role focused on the market research behind analysing and identifying potential routes to market for the products.- This involved contacting local businesses both small and large, and presenting the business and social case for our work, in order to try and get the participants work into a real-world retail setting.- Successfully connected with multiple small businesses to place the products and increase both the sales quantity but also product value due to the retail settings created. Also worked closely with Sheffield council to get the scheme placed at local fairs and events.
