Responsible for the definition, capture and delivery of requirements for the enterprise Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Managed the stakeholder requirements analysis, organizational change management, development and delivery of the MES training plan, and overall project communication.Key Contributions:• Led the design and implementation of a change management plan, including change impact analysis, communication of change, subject-matter expert training, and managing a global network of users to provide support for upgrades and new implementations of Solumina MES.• Owned the requirements management process for 18 key system requirements to align the MES functional roadmap with the process modernization efforts of our customers to meet their deliverables. • Established and led a governance council consisting of subject matter experts and executive leadership for MES enhancements and configurations to reduce variation and ensure alignment with enterprise strategies and milestones.• Developed and propagated the use of 3 Excel-based calculator variations to forecast return on investment (ROI) for the implementation or upgrade of an MES to assist in strategic financial planning (SFP).

• Used analytics and tracking software to reduce the Wire Center ticket order backlog from 200+ tickets to zero.• Drove an 88% OTD for the Wire Center through communication with customers and management of orders in SAP.• Improved the Wire Center performance through the identification of failure modes and development of action plans for process failure mitigation.• Implemented an updated skills matrix to align with the RTX CORE framework and improve ease of use for lead inspector/operator when tracking training on wire machines.

• Owned and executed the A3 for the overall ACE-IT competition that included coordination of 40+ teams across 7 international sites, and completion of 10 major milestones and 120+ minor actions resulting in $2.1M in annual savings.• Conducted the annual GOPS Market Feedback Analysis (MFA) process through the completion of 6 major milestones and 44 minor actions, resulting in a 457% increase in customer response rate.• Developed an overall Global Ops action plan, including both site and strategic/functional initiatives, and drove to closure action plans for improvement of major executive customer concerns.• Facilitated the planning and execution of the 2021 GOPS mid-year strategic review and 2022 annual goal alignment session, including analysis of site performance and coaching of the GOPS senior leadership team and site leaders to complete CORE Framework process maturity assessments.

• Headed a cross-functional team to analyze the use case for the integration of a real-time locating system (RTLS) in the Kilkeel Interiors facility to track 300+ kitting trolleys and decrease stock losses by $140K per year.• Gathered and analyzed data to map the current state of shop floor information systems at 120 global manufacturing sites and identified opportunities for standardization of systems.• Managed the development of a system monitoring tool to examine the performance of the supply chain dossier. Worked with a team of 5 developers to analyze existing processes and gather requirements.

Completed three rotations in supply chain information systems, operational excellence, and production control where skills were developed in cross-functional leadership and requirements gathering; stakeholder analysis and strategic planning; and customer engagement and operational execution.
