As a current direct admit in the Kelley School of Business studying Professional Sales and Marketing, I strive to be a better student and community member. My professional development at Indiana University has been shaped by my roles as a confident team member, determined leader, and persuasive communicator.Confident Team Member: As a seven-time varsity letter winner in team sports and a swim coach, I have thrived in collaborative environments, learning to solve problems and maintain strong team morale—skills I aim to bring into the professional workplace.Determined Leader: As a swim captain and founder of a recreational sport club, I direct others and offer insights to help run team settings. In these positions, I lead by example, mandating responsibilities to help foster a sense of community.Strong Communicator: While at Indiana University, I have been involved with numerous organizations including Sales Club and Club Water Polo. Through these experiences, I have improved my communication skills, learning to engage with diverse groups of people and create valuable connections.Looking ahead, I plan to utilize these experiences to pursue a career in professional sales, where I can further develop my leadership abilities and create meaningful relationships with future clients and colleagues.
