Society longs for more mutual trust and well-being.From the 1990s, the social climate and communication possibilities for everyone became limitless. We wondered what the impact of this is on the contact between people and with public and private organisations. About the future of reciprocal, lasting and reliable relationships, where people want to continue to understand each other and no one is excluded. Where people can take the initiative themselves or continue to participate actively. And where organizations can add meaningful value to people and society.We have now found answers through an idiosyncratic learning path from 2001. First by working with children and young people for five years, inside and outside school. Then by stimulating and supporting social initiatives by people who, for various reasons, are committed to each other, to their own neighborhood or region. Coloci's collaboration with many different organizations has always been completely independend. This allows social initiatives to arise more autonomously, without any social or business 'assignment' from these organisations.Today we believe that only social initiatives that come to life from an autonomous, existential question can help transform existing institutions. And to enable people regardless of role, function and relationship to get things done together.To safeguard these and other beliefs and experiences, safeguard the interests, survival and growth of all communities involved, and freely share the knowledge and learning journey, Coloci established a foundation in 2022.From here we want to enter into new relationships and collaborate with organizations that:o want to be in touch with society and know what is going ono want to focus on a sustainable, pleasant living environment, with equal opportunities for everyoneo believe in the power of own initiative and cooperation at the local community level:being together, doing + sharing
