Under contract with NGA, responsible for meeting organizational needs by designing, configuring, and maintaining content for Intellipedia on JWICS, particularly social software such as IM, blogs, and forms. Provided training and process transition and integration support for these tools to all levels of staff, including the Division Chief. Regularly briefed project management on project status. Responsible for installing, configuring, managing, and troubleshooting the SOA-based, OGC-compliant enterprise system EarthWhere, a geospatial provisioning application. Theater OperationsMember of imagery analyst team in the most forward-deployed imagery intelligence flight in the; Responsible for analysis of U-2 multi-sensor imagery in support of 24-hour indications and warning, situational awareness, threat assessment and targeting of North Korean forces and facilities. Provided intelligence expertise for combined U.S. Republic of Korea Air Force theater imagery missions. Produced over 3,000 time-sensitive initial phase interpretation reports; identified and reported status of North Korea forces and provided expeditious indications and warnings on North Korea forward deployments and activities to theater commanders and analysts. Managed flight’s quarterly training program, provided education to Airmen regarding intelligence collection restrictions against U.S. persons and their activities, and effectively trained over 60 personnel to required Department of Defense standards.

Designed, integrated, produced and disseminated geospatial and enhanced multi-spectral imagery products to support training and adaptive and deliberate planning for Department of Defense, U.S. Strategic Command, Joint Intelligence Center and other national agencies. Top producer and trainer of all multi-spectral imagery exploitation applications and one of only 53 National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency point derivation certified analysts in the Department of Defense. Functioned as both a primary geospatial analyst and one of seven (7) certified Command point mensuraters. Expertly contributed to derivation of over 13,000 mensurated coordinates and production of complex and timely Battle Damage Assessment reports, both directly supported in-theater combat mission planners. Made geospatial production leader for weekly target analysis products, provided three-dimensional target fly-through analyses, exercised Command’s Global Strike mission. Monitored development of a specialized imagery graphic displaying dozens of land feature classifications and hundreds of spectral signatures; led production of in-depth landcover terrain categorization studies. Only analyst in Geospatial Information and Services Branch certified in both multi-spectral exploitation and point mensuration. Identified and efficiently purged excess target material located in the Command’s newly renovated repository, streamlined and updated over 150,000 map products, creating a more effective and manageable map library.

Performed in-depth imagery exploitation and analysis to provide U.S. Strategic Command, other unified commands, Department of Defense and national agencies with assessments of designated missile forces in support of strategic and tactical warning, planning, posturing, targeting, execution and treaty monitoring. Created new baseline target graphics, updated references increased the speed and accuracy of target identification. Developed briefing for and was part of team that briefed the Secretary of Defense on Chinese missile tracking techniques.
