I am currently the regional IT manager for the Southwest region of The Baldwin Group. I provide operational support to the business. I work with various IT teams to implement changes and provide technical expertise.

I manage server backups, disaster recovery and head up business continuity planning and testing. Top accomplish, I moved our production servers out of our main office into a datacenter and also implemented software from Veeam and Zerto to provide historical backup and real time, sub 5 minute RPO, replication from our primary datacenter to our backup datacenter. This was done to ensure continuous business operations during the most sever of disasters. We have achieved this goal through several named storms. I also oversaw the implementation of our ShoreTel phone system and configured it in a geographically redundant deployment to further our disaster fault tolerance and ensure continued operation of our phones during a disaster, on site and remotely.In order to facilitate application deployment and remote user access I implemented Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop, Citrix MCS, Workspace Environment Manager for profile and user environment management which helps to ensure a consistent user experience across devices and locations. This is deployed on VMware backed by EMC storage and Windows Server 2016. Migrated Exchange on prem to Office 365 / Exchange online.I work as an integral part of the core business management and operations team advising on all technical aspects of business operations, and develop technical strategies to help drive key business decisions. I also continue to provide owners with multi-year technical road map. This reinforces past key business decisions to help maximize ROI over time to reduce overspending. I work closely with owners and upper management on current and future operations to plan for future projects focusing on employee productivity and spending IT budget dollars wisely.
