After catering for and alongside Sainsbury's for a number of years, the talent team headhunted me as my reputation was 'a fixer' I was subsequently asked to undo and retrian a team who had been lost and unloved for a number of years. I dismantled the cafe whilst keeping the balance during trading hours and eventually created a full green scorecard yoy. My dept. consisted of 20 staff of all abilities. I was also as a department manager responsible with store KPI's, training etc.

Managed 3 sites as well as vending sites. Covered all responsibilities associated with the role. Consistently achieved GP above 54%Left due to opportunity offered by Sainsbury's

Initially employed as a part time cook, promoted to Manager in 2009 Restructured and retrained staff .
