Championed and led the discovery, roadmap and design of a digital sustainability offering across two scope of works for a multinational agricultural company.SoW 1: Led the design and delivery of a strategic and operational roadmap detailing the development and pilot of a digital sustainability offering. SoW 2: Led the design, prototype and usability testing of the minimum viable product that launched the pilot of the digital sustainability offering.

Spearheaded the discovery and re-design of a workflow management system for a large national law practice. User groups and SMEs were interviewed in the re-design, prototype and usability testing of the MVP of the updated mortgage processing management system.By balancing the ideal user experience against targeted needs and objectives, the re-design helped uplift the employee user experience while reducing internal mortgage application turnaround times.

Collaborated with an independent regulator of Australian meat and livestock standards to review and uplift their end-to-end member experience across the accreditation program and audit journey.Proposed a future model that would provide the client with industry-wide visibility of supply chain activity that could better enable real-time monitoring of their accreditation program.

Worked with a cross-functional team tasked with preventing biosecurity and food safety breaches across Australian and international meat and livestock producing operations.Ethnographic research across the entire livestock production and transport supply chain shaped the delivery of design thinking artefacts that revealed operational gaps and opportunities along the end-to-end livestock production landscape.

Led the MVP design, prototype and usability testing of a digital estate planning pilot for NSW Trustee and Guardian, with the objective of increasing engagement with online Wills.Ethnographic research of the current end-of-life journey facing NSW residents enabled a range of personas to be delivered, along with a journey map highlighting key challenges and opportunities that informed the digital estate planning pilot.

Delivered a large scale multi-industry research project with the purpose of simplifying the administrative burden of small business ownership in NSW. Ethnographic research across multiple industries enabled archetypes to be developed, along with the discovery of pain points and opportunities delivered in a suite of industry-focused journey maps.Supplied key insights in the co-design of a small business community portal and concierge service aimed at assisting business owners across the end-to-end business lifecycle.
