Our record at the Supreme Court and in the lower courts is unmatched and has made us the premier religious liberty law firm.I am also the managing partner of Tobacco Road Capitalists, a consulting firm with a focus on helping companies within the sports, entertainment, media, healthcare technology, public policy, and consumer products sectors.My early career involved several sports-related companies including sports media, sports marketing, sports teams/leagues, sports tech, sports real estate, & sports medicine. Over my career, I have specialized in building and managing teams in start-ups, early-stage growth, and turn-around organizations. I have also worked as an investment banker/advisor - raising over $100MM in equity for clients or as principal. More recently, I have worked in the public policy sector - using my skills as a fundraiser & my experience in operational management/leadership - to limit government and strengthen free markets and private institutions. I have also written many national articles and provided television commentary on the business of sports, public policy, and leadership. I am a contributor to the Wall Street Journal and Forbes. We established new standards for ticket sales, attendance, premium seating, and sponsorship in the ECHL and AHL and we helped launch several new leagues, including the NBDL (now the G League) with the NBA.
