I have more than 20+ years in the Funeral Industry. Currently, I am working for Ray Williams Funeral as a Funeral Apprentice, with hopes of soon becoming a Funeral Director and Embalmer. The Funeral Industry is my passion and I absolutely enjoy it. As a Funeral Apprentice, I perform a variety of tasks during funerals, such as placing the casket in parlor or chapel prior to service; arranging floral offerings or lights around casket; directing or escorting mourners; closing casket; and issuing and storing funeral equipment.At night, I work for DACCO as a Behavioral Tech Specialist in the Homeless Division. As a Behavioral Health Technician, I monitor the security of both our clients and the building to ensure contract requirements are met, as well as assuming the responsibility for ensuring a clean and safe environment.
