Network Design Manager for Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Uruguay.

- Lead the team responsible for: - Medium and long-term Global capacity planning of Tenaris. - Optimizing order allocation within the company's production system to maximize Tenaris overall margin after tax. - Control of real production allocation vs optimum. Propose and follow-up on corrective actions.- Active involvement in investment analyses related to production capacity increases.- Design and development of a Capacity Model for the critical centers of Tenaris' production system, improving our capacity estimations. Several hundred thousand records of real production data analyzed automatically.- Idea, development and implementation of a tool to automatize allocation rules based on our medium-term production plans, saving many hours of manual work.- In parallel to the activities of my position I lead a global project (US, Mexico, Argentina, Italy, Romania) to eliminate the WIP stock left in closed orders. New procedures and responsibilities where defined which are currently under use, successfully decreasing WIP stock.

- Lead the Planning team of Tenaris' Mexican mill, the company's largest production center.- Main responsibilities: defining the Monthly Production Plan, planning of incoming orders and their launch to production, purchasing of steel and supplies according to projected demand, main point of contact between the Mill and Corporate.- Improved the process of activating orders into production through the development of a database system, making it more efficient and less error prone.

- Lead the team responsible for reporting and projecting Tenaris' global stock (Steel / WIP / RFD).- Fostered the team's development of a tool in SQL and PowerBI to increase the efficiency of the projection process and have visualizations that provide quick and clear insights of the stock's most relevant points and criticalities. - Lead a project between my team and IT to increase the speed and efficiency of the preparation of the monthly stock report which is presented to the CEO, with a 30% reduction in preparation time as a result.- Revamped the global stock reporting BI.

- In parallel to the activities related to my position at the time I was invited to form part of a global team that had the objective of reducing production lead times in the main production mills.- Responsible for leading the weekly meetings with the main mills (Mexico, Argentina, USA, Italy, Romania, Canada) to identify and carry out improvement opportunities.- Results exceeded expectations, reducing in half the production lead times after only one year.- Identified the need of a Lead Time Control Panel to have visibility of deviations in active orders to be able take corrective actions as early as possible. I designed and developed it in Power BI, providing information not available in any other of the company's systems. It is used on a daily basis by the different regions and presented to the CEO on monthly Supply Chain follow-up meetings.

- Responsible for the short and medium-term Production Planning for Tenaris' Argentinian mill, the company's 2nd largest.- Successfully managed several complex and high-ambiguity scenarios: line stoppages due to COVID-19, overbooking, change in economic conditions (tariffs, quotas, taxes), while being able to reduce WIP levels and improve customer compliance.- Improved my area's productivity by 30% by detecting and leading a process improvement initiative that reduced low value repetitive tasks.- Identified a need to detect company-wide stock reapplication opportunities and designed and developed a tool in PowerBI to be able to do it. This was presented to Tenaris' CEO and was used globally.- Provided support to the Regional Production Planning team in Argentina while a new Planning & Scheduling System was developed. Worked in Buenos Aires during this period of 4 months.

- Responsible for the planning of Tenaris' global steel supply with the objective of complying with the mills steel needs while optimizing stock levels and maximizing the company's margin after tax. Several factors taken into account: capacity restrictions, production and logistic costs, lead times, taxes, steel quotas and tariffs.- Responsible for the benchmark analyses needed for the allocation decision of complex and key global businesses.- Developed a linear regression model to estimate the productivity of items processed in the main production lines.

- Responsible for the preparation and management of the database and related systems used to forecast the medium to long-term Global Plant Load.- Responsible for the analyses used to define the allocation for Tenaris businesses, with the objective of maximizing the company's overall margin after-tax. The scope included all of Tenaris commercial regions and the global productive system.

As part of the Global Trainee Final Project I worked with two teams in the Argentinian mill:- Supply Planning: In charge of production follow-up and maritime dispatch activation for Europe, Middle East and African businesses.- Continuous Improvement: Lead project to modify car parts manufacturing mill in order to produce OCTG accessories.Selected #1 Global Trainee by both faculty and peers after a one month-long course in Argentina with ~60 participants from all over the world.

- Main contact point for Dubai distributors during most of their order's life: from order placement until the finished material was delivered to the customer.

- Responsible for the development of medium and long-term projections of all spare parts to be consumed by our customers.- Defined the optimal stock level for every spare part to comply with a 95% service level.

- Actively participated in several projects of the Strategy & Operations consulting team spanning many industries. e.g. pharma, warehouse management, dairy, forestry.
