EOA is the only pan-European association for effective business and process outsourcing. Leader of business task forces in product availability, organizational development and total quality in customer service.Associate Director, IT Business Solutions at P&G Global Business Services (1998 - 2006). Design of system and business processes to operate the Shared Service Centers of EMEA, Asia/Pacific and Las Americas. Program Manager for Y2K and European Monetary Union integration.
