I got my start working as a member of the CMI (Computer Media Integration) Team at Altitude Software beginning in 1998. I got in touch with the core of the Call Center business integrating Altitude’s customer interaction functionality with some of the most used telephony switches in the world. In 2001, I started working in CRM projects (Celfocus) focused on the Telecom Industry, in particular at Vodafone Portugal. During this period, I specialized in CTI integration, Customer Care, Order Management and Billing integration projects using Siebel. From 2004 to 2007, I worked in VoIP technologies (Collab), mainly in the development from scratch of an IP Contact Center which integrates audio, video, email and chat interactions as well as hosting technology. My responsibilities were the Outbound, Reporting, Statistics and Integration areas.From 2007 to 2012, I've worked in the development from scratch of a completely web based Workforce management suite that integrates with the leading contact center solutions in the world.From 2012 to 2015 I was responsible for the product management of all COLLAB products including OneContact, OneContactWFO and OneContactPBX.From 2016 to 2024 I've been CTO at Collab.Since December 2024, I'm now the CEO of Collab.
