As a Consultant to Optical Entertainment Networks, Mr. Trahan brought the company from "concept" to production ready by contracting for metropolitan fiber, directing the technical staff to bring the Broadcast IPTV Head End online with channels and vendor support, negotiating with fiber carriers for IRU's and purchase agreements and began an extensive legal and contractual review to further tune the organization for performance as it launched from startup to a revenue producing entity.

The Young Professionals Association of the Petroleum Club of Houston is an organization of upwardly mobile, community conscious business leaders. Sysco Corporation is one of the largest food service distributors in the world, with 90 operating companies in the US. The company grew by acquiring competitors in virtually every market. In 1990, corporate executive envisioned a common order entry system for salesmen in the field to use which would interact with live inventory and logistics. Mr. Trahan lead the team that developed, integrated and trained operating companies across the US.

Fisk Electric Company was founded by Houstonian John Fisk in 1913 and grew to be one of the nation's largest electrical contractors. Following the 1982 acquisition by London based AMEC, the worlds largest construction conglomerate, technology became the leverage point to sustain global growth. Microsystems and PC based software were new to this industry at this time. Mr. Trahan developed project and office management PC based applications that integrated with the corporate mainframe accounting systems and allowed for daily productivity and profitability reporting. These systems were in advance of today's SAP CSRP solutions, though it provided similar analysis and reporting.

FISK Electric Company was founded in 1913 in Houston, Texas and provided Mr. Trahan his first opportunity for fiscal responsibility over large projects. Starting in back office operations, Mr. Trahan quickly graduated to Project Management and remote operations Office Management where he established company operations nationally and refined project accounting and project reporting systems.
