Jaime led teams in performing cyber program, data security, and privacy risk assessments (e.g., NIST CSF, GDPR, HIPAA) and assisted client executives in developing and activating cybersecurity strategies and roadmaps as an advisor in EY’s Cyber Program Transformation (CPT) practice. Jaime devised tactical frameworks and developed models to assist clients with operational planning when staffing and budgeting for new cyber projects. He managed all facets of engagement management throughout the engagement lifecycle, including: -Identifying cyber opportunities -Building strong relationships with stakeholders -Developing business proposals -Developing statements of work -Creating pricing and staffing models for engagements -Leading internal initiatives to enhance practice operations (e.g., pipeline, service delivery)In this role, Jaime also served as data security engagement manager and technical SME. He managed the execution of data protection program audits, crown jewels discovery, dlp discovery scanning, data classification and labeling, sensitive data flow mapping, and has collaborated with cyber executives to develop strategies and roadmaps to enhance visibility and protection of sensitive information.

Jaime served as a Senior Cybersecurity consultant with over 6 years of technology consulting experience for both commercial and federal clients. Jaime served as a subject matter expert (SME) for the deployment and operationalization of several leading endpoint security solutions (e.g., Application whitelisting, host intrusion prevention system (HIPS), anti-virus, host data loss prevention (DLP), and disk encryption. Jaime performed tasks related to solution architecture, software deployments, and operations (business as usual). Jaime's role as a SME included serving as an ePO and VirusScan Enterprise classroom instructor for partners within our strategic alliance (e.g., Intel/McAfee).

Jaime supported a team tasked with implementing CTO 712, issued by the Joint Task Force for Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO), mandating the establishment of a standard baseline configuration (Antivirus/Antimalware, host intrusion prevention, host firewall, asset management) for Defense Logistics Agency computing platforms connected to the NIPRNet.
