I mentored and facilitated a group of Social Innovators at NC State collaborating with the Research Triangle Institute(RTI) to develop for sharing PrEP knowledge with underserved communities.

I co-led a team of six innovators to enhance Raleigh City Farm. I evaluated strategies such as relocation, expansion, or collaboration with worker-owned cooperatives. Leading weekly discussions and task assignments, I guided research and interviews to address our social problem, with regular team meetings and monthly Social Innovation Lab workshops.

My team and I worked with the NC Sea Grant in the conservation of fisheries and reducing ocean microplastics in the ocean. We applied systems thinking, stakeholder mapping, and human-centered design, aligning with the United Nations goals. Through discovery, design, project scoping, and implementation phases we delivered a final solution.

As a Co-founder/engineer @ Additive Engineering, I secured major projects, led the design + R&D team, developed successful marketing and sales strategies, and crafted detailed estimations for projects.
