A leadership and strategy consultant with expertise in marketing, strategic communications, strategy development and execution, project management and leadership development. He is a certified member of the Maxwell Leadership Team, an elite team of coaches, speakers and trainers. Julius is also a member of the chartered institute of marketing (CIM) and advises its board through the learning advisory group. He is an adjunct faculty for the Uganda Christian University MPH program. Julius is the CEO of Solutions Africa Ltd, a consulting firm he co-founded to help companies improve capabilities in leadership, change management, marketing and strategy execution. He comes alongside leaders and their teams to help them expand their influence and maximize growth.He holds a PhD in Leadership Studies from UKZN, a BSc in agricultural engineering from Makerere University, an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and an MSc in Public Health from the LSHTM, University of London.
