As part of Commercial PMO team my responsibilities include:- Agreeing project objectives- Providing advice on the management of projects- Organising the various professional people working on a project- Making sure that all the aims of the project are met- Making sure the quality standards are met- Using IT or other systems to keep track of people and progress- Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained- Evaluating the success of the project against its benchmarking and sharing lessons or best practice with other organizations or project managers.

Managing relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders to built engagement and customer satisfaction. Responsible of presentation to Directors and negotiation processes with customers. Identifies and defines grow opportunities, elaborates projects/plans and strategies to conversion of this opportunities.

Project management for important key costumer (REE, Griño Ecologic, etc.).

Analyze and select the different manufacturers to build the portfolio. Coordinate the certification process in the target markets. Decision making in all matters related to technology.

Design security solutions portfolio. Select vendors and business partners, categorization and prioritization of potential customers in some countries of LATAM, business meetings for presales, and take market needs. Preparing technical proposals and economical offers to potential customers. Product demos, in general, are all activities related to the development of business in the Security Area.

Develop business opportunities in Spain. Manage strategic end-users and important projects.

Generate and detect business opportunities and projects for all vendors in Micro BR's portfolio (Allied Telesis, Zyxel, Alvarion, Trapeze, etc.) for Eastern Spain (regions: Aragon, Catalonia, Valencia and Murcia). Direct contact with large accounts in different verticals sectors (Banking, Insurance, Government, etc.) to introduce Finjan’s Security Web solutions (currently part of Trustwave)
