Business Development Manager
Current- Identify new business opportunities by researching industry and market trends.- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and other stakeholders.- Create and present business proposals to prospective clients and negotiate contract terms.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for targeting potential markets.Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to network and promote the company.Work closely with the product development team to ensure offerings meet customer needs.- Prepare sales forecasts and track business development metrics to measure success.- Manage the business development team, providing training and support to achieve goals.- Provide feedback and insights to the company's leadership regarding market feedback and competitive intelligence.- Ensure adherence to legal guidelines and company policies during business negotiations.- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and post-sale relationship management.
