Reginal Sales Manager responsible for the management of CAD solutions across a variety of engineering business sectors, working closely with customers to identify the correct 3D package for their business along with ensuring they have the necessary training and technical support required.

Responsible for a team of nine personnel covering field service engineering, operational technical support, turnkey services (packaging product and service solutions) and technical information (spare part & ships fitted list configuration).Responsible for field service sales, field service engineer utilisation, turnkey services sales, on-time and first-time-right operational support.Successes; the introduction of a new technical services team, the local re-introduction of a field service engineering team, the implementation of a new turnkey team and the operation of an internal spare part ordering system (linked to a ships fitted list).

Responsible for supervising a team of four engineers covering engineering technical requests relating to the US (naval/commercial) / global submarine market.The role required direct interaction with customers, on-site field service engineering support, 2D/3D CAD design engineering, technical report writing, engineering calculations and the approval/facilitation of these tasks.

Responsible for 2D CAD Engineering Design, producing both G.A. and detailed engineering drawings to BS308. Plus engineering calculations, technical reports and on-site field service engineering support.

Covering all aspects of engineering from the machine/assembly shop to production/CAD engineering
