Rowan Preparatory is part of the United Learning Trust and as Deputy Head I worked closely with the Head Teacher in the merger with the Trust. In the post, I was responsible for the day to day management of the school whilst being a prominent member of the leadership team, developing vision whilst maintaining the ethos of the school.
