Currently serves as technical manager and team leader in SYSTEX Corporation. The current work content mainly includes financial-related product APP/WEB/AP and other multi-party platform testing projects and online maintenance and operation problem handling. At the same time, tasks are assigned to team members so that the tasks can be delivered smoothly and on schedule. In addition, he serves as a mentor for the training of new employees in the department, assisting new employees to quickly understand the company culture and work content through some training courses. Over time, a mentor-mentee relationship is established.In terms of work, I like to think about whether there is a more efficient method during the testing process, so as to get twice the result with half the effort. For example: use Notion for project management and administrative affairs, so that team members can check the progress and simplify the process; also look for some testing tools (Postman, jmeter, Android Studio, Katalon Sutdio), etc., to improve test function coverage and reduce manpower and time cost. In addition to testing, due to the rise in security awareness in recent years, I was assigned to be the person in charge of source code scanning fortufy in the BU unit. If there is a program delivered online or required by project customers, it must be executed and a report generated to check whether there are high or high risks.Personally, I like to learn new things, and the company arranges internal and external training every year. Whether it is SA workshop, PMP international project manager, Azure AZ-305/AZ-104/AZ-900, instructor training, AWS, etc., it will be of great help to future work and coordination between departments.
