Currently employed with Frivillighet Norge (The Association of NGOs in Norway)Formerly worked at Norwegian cancer society as an advisor for volunteers, and as sponsorship coordinator with Plan International Norge. Tasks included volunteer management, recruitment, fundraising, sponsor management, analysis, communication and administration.Worked as regional secretary for Norges Astma- og Allergiforbund (Association for astma and allergy). Tasks include serving members, activity support, budgeting, recruiting volunteers and working with the regional board. I was formerly with the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund as an advisor. Tasks include analysis, internal communication and system support. I am also a certified product owner, and responsible for the development in one area of the system.I completed my masters degree in political sience spring 2009, specialising in public policy and organisations. Experience as a customer consultant from a variety of businesses.
