CONSOLE OPERATION – IMPORTReceiving pre alert & LOT from origin GWY, For pre alert no LOT & no Pre alert request from origin GWY.Monitor weekly console receiving from GWY’s check with origin not received LOT/Pre alert for the coming week.Check Pre alert Manifest & MBL along with LOGIS details. If any DG cargo, check whether MSDS/DG form is received, if not request from originCheck ETA on Dubai trade & carrier Web Update Eta on LOGIS & Ocean import tracker.Update CFS console pipeline tracker & send Logis Manifest to CFS teamComplete manifestation in Dubai trade,Take report from tracker & check ETA changes & update LOGIS & Ocean Imports tracker accordingly.2 days prior to vessel arrival send LPO to shipping line & request for NOC, & update LPO charges in LOGIS. Link manifest to NOC on Dubai trade & obtain MRN, Process cargo transfer bond. Make DPC payment & update CFS tracker (DPC paid) & inform CFS.Check for the vessel arrival & CNTR discharge. Any delays in vessel arrival & CNTR discharge inform Import Team/CSSV. For container discharge if any delays in container pullout co-ordinate with CFS. Once container is pullout from port update Ocena import trackerAny CNTR discrepancy (CNTR seal/damage CNTR/un-clean) coordinates with shipping line & origin GWY. Any cargo discrepancy (Short land/excess/MDN) co-ordinate with OFT team/ origin GWY & inform CSSV. Any delays in devanning due to discrepancies update CSSV/Import team.

EXPORT & IMPORT/LOGISTICSCall & inquire quotation from minimum of 5 shipping line companies’ rates once P.O. or O.C. from sales team or direct instruction received from the Managing Director.Records the various freight rates for different overseas destination for export pricing & freight negotiation.Responsible for overall shipments arrangement until consignment reach to the customer hand.Coordinate w/ the sale team, documentation & warehouse in charge about the outgoing shipment & the details for proper scheduling and prompt order execution.Provide all necessary details & information needed by the shipping line, transporter or forwarder w/ regards to the delivery goods.Coordinate properly w/ the buyer about rates (if requires) customs compliance or documents needed for cargo deliveryPrepares shipping instruction (Proporma BL) to be forwarded to the shipping Co. for final BL.Ensure that the Bill of Lading contains & comply w/ all necessary details & information stipulated on L/C or as per buyers instruction.Prepares request of payment E.D passing & collection of original BL to accounts department.Maintain & manage exit/entry stamps for custom submission.Assist in updating of stock new product entry in system & product codingUpdate and closely monitor the shipment status from the Supplier and shipping companiesResponsible for cargo releasing and documentation of shipment from Dubai Port toCompany warehouse using MIRSHAL 2 or over the counter processing.Coordinate properly the incoming and out going shipment to all department concern.Check and monitor related export documents preparation and bank negotiation for error free submission.heck for competent but affordable shipping line vessel or forwarder to be used for import and export shipment.Updated and well versed to all Customs law and tariff heading (H.S. code)Update and submit all documents and reports required by Customs related to Import and export transaction.
