-Engage with 40-50 residents, fostering a sense of community through programming efforts, floor meetings, and hall decorations-Serve 600+ residents during on-call shifts, responding to facilities concerns, conflict, personal crisis, and anything in between-Handle administrative tasks including check-in/out procedures, incident reports, purchasing paperwork, and more

-Organize store ensure clothing is neat and in proper place-Style mannequins and customers to create stylish, trendy looks-Work the cash register and manage money and time and efficiency with customers-Handle shipments to the store and understanding the buying process

○ Supervise large groups of citizens to regulate safety and health○ Manage the schedule, upkeep of environment, and chemicals and pool○ Perform maintenance on pool, keeping owners and clients both updated and amicable○ Staffing, scheduling, and evaluating employees to allow the pool to be guarded adequately at all times○ Remotely contacting guards to resolve scheduling and attendance issues

-Handle chemicals and regulate pool according state laws-Ensure safety regulations are being followed by all members on the deck and interfere when necessary-Save lives and keep on top of certifications

○ Coach all levels of gymnastics of all ages and levels○ Assist the gymnasts in their skills through verbal and physical guidance○ Manage large groups of athletes in behavior and assessing progress

-Stock shelves, managing inventory, and assessing the numbers-Create visually appealing stands, setups, windows, and flyers that catch the consumers’ attention-Work the cash register, interacting with consumers, and regulating the balance of the till-Deal with unhappy customers in a mature, professional manner
