Over a distinguished career serving in the Air National Guard, my experience and qualifications align well with positions in recruiting and staffing, retention management/employee benefits, program management and analysis, and training. Accountability and effective communication are the utmost of importance to my approach to problem solving and conflict. I thrive in a collaborative work environment where the ability to learn, adapt, and apply my skills to help others propels my passion to serve. I continually work to improve organizational culture and provide exceptional customer service. At a time when formal training didn’t exist, I was entrusted with preparing all the Air National Guard Retention Managers in the State of Ohio. I used my abilities to conduct research of guidance, regulations, and laws to construct a suitable curriculum to ensure the proper execution of valuable programs. I created and edited Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to instruct Retention Managers on daily tasks in databases used to accomplish duties and maintain records. In addition to training, I completed state-wide analysis of all retention, incentive programs, and staffing numbers and provided reports to recruiting and retention leadership.Throughout my career, I have been awarded various citations and commendations for my performance to include 3 Meritorious Service Medals, 2 Air Force Commendations Medals, and an Air Force Achievement Medal.
