As Director, Global Executive Search, Sourcing, and Corporate Talent Acquisition at Illumina I established an in-house executive search function, built our sourcing function across all of talent acquisition, and lead full-cycle Talent Acquisition recruiters serving finance, legal, public affairs, government affairs, human resources, and corporate development/strategy business segments. I was previously a principal at Acertitude, a boutique retained executive search firm working with private equity portfolio company clients. My prior experience includes co-founding Olive Avenue Search Partners, which became a part of Acertitude in 2017. Olive Avenue conducted executive searches for small to mid cap companies, training for corporate clients, and recruited recruiters for large and small retained search firms.My early career was spent at Heidrick & Struggles doing internal recruiting as well as working for clients in the healthcare, technology, consumer, and leadership consulting practices.
