I have taken to teaching classes three days a week online allowing people flexibility in their schedules and space to return to themselves on the mat. Currently in the Pilot launch for my program The Mindful Bride, a program designed for soon-to-be brides looking to spend some time leading up to the big day getting centered through yoga, journaling, mindfulness practices and community.
