We start off with a Discovery Call that will help you get to know me, and help me understand your goals for coaching. After we’ve established our working relationship, we will kick off a 6 month personalized coaching container. In this time we will assess where you are, analyze your strengths, work on building your vision for the future, and develop intentional goals and plans to help you get there. While I love working with my clients 1:1 over this period of time: I’ve found that many people are ready to make big moves, and quickly! Certified in the midst of a pandemic, the art of teaching yoga and movement has looked different than expected. I have taken to teaching classes three days a week online allowing people flexibility in their schedules and space to return to themselves on the mat. In addition to live virtual offerings, I also have youtube content available for anyone to use at any time. Currently in the Pilot launch for my program The Mindful Bride, a program designed for soon-to-be brides looking to spend some time leading up to the big day getting centered through yoga, journaling, mindfulness practices and community. As the Lead Recruiter and National Recruitment and Selection Specialist for the Mid-West region, I am responsible for onboarding, coaching and supporting the development of the regional recruiters in addition to identifying and attracting outstanding talent to apply to Urban Teachers’ alternative teacher preparation program in Dallas/Fort Worth, DC and Baltimore and soon additional cities. As Lead Recruiter, I am responsible for onboarding new recruiters, developing training materials, developing and delivering ongoing coaching, and designing professional development for the team and individual recruiters. I am also responsible for establishing a significant local Urban Teachers presence and brand, building key strategic partnerships, and recruiting at local and regional colleges and universities. I participate in applicant cultivation, including conducting one-on-one calls and meetings with interested prospects and applicants, conducting local and regional informational sessions, and attending meetings representing Urban Teachers for recruitment purposes.

I am the office aide for the Programs Office for the Interdisciplinary majors, mainly International Studies.In the office I am responsible for making sure all details are in place so that the professors and administrators using the office can do their jobs efficiently and effectively. I am an aid to any professor that may need me and I am responsible for scanning papers and books, making copies, answering phones, and assisting visitor with anything they may need.

During my time as an intern with the congressional office for Rep.
