I offer 1:1 coaching for people looking to understand their strengths, improve their lives and leadership, and ultimately move more confidently through the world and their work. We start off with a Discovery Call that will help you get to know me, and help me understand your goals for coaching. After we’ve established our working relationship, we will kick off a 6 month personalized coaching container. In this time we will assess where you are, analyze your strengths, work on building your vision for the future, and develop intentional goals and plans to help you get there. While I love working with my clients 1:1 over this period of time: I’ve found that many people are ready to make big moves, and quickly! In the interest of capitalizing on your energy, time restraints, or whatever is coming up for you in that moment - I have created an experience that I will believe will support you in defining your vision and taking action on it with intension.

Certified in the midst of a pandemic, the art of teaching yoga and movement has looked different than expected. I have taken to teaching classes three days a week online allowing people flexibility in their schedules and space to return to themselves on the mat. In addition to live virtual offerings, I also have youtube content available for anyone to use at any time. Currently in the Pilot launch for my program The Mindful Bride, a program designed for soon-to-be brides looking to spend some time leading up to the big day getting centered through yoga, journaling, mindfulness practices and community. Through the program we'll address topics such as setting your vision, setting boundaries, building your support system, clear communication, and more.
