I generate innovative ideas and work hard, supported by a team of talented people, to turn these ideas into products.Over the years I managed many challenging projects, some involving international partners and most addressing very competitive markets, where schedule and budget were of the essence. I also work with the reliability department and I am actively involved in reliability studies, RMA processing and product qualifications.
