More than 3 years experience in building and conceptualizing designs for Commercial Establishments and Residential Villas from concept to executionTop Roles:- Currently taking the role of Senior Architect for a consulting and engineering firm.- Currently handling and managing site visits for Commercial and Residential projects, ensuring that designs and concepts are accurate as per client’s needs but based on Authorities’ Rules and Standards.- Liaise with the Authorities, Clients, third parties, and Contractors. - Monitor implementation of the Project Delivery.- Organize, Administrate, and Supervise the design and supervision processes.- Responsible for preparation and day-today implementation and updating of the Project Execution Plan.- Reports as directed by the Project Manager.- Assist the Project Manager the management of the project as directed.- Ensure the project is planned and managed in accordance with the Project Plan.- Coordinate under the Project Manager's direction of all the design and works related to the projects between the different stakeholders including internal Project Team.

Responsibilities- In-charge of creating the new concept design, alteration and redevelopment.- Design Supervision in every project and details.- Specialist construction knowledge and high level drawing skills to design buildings thatare functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing.
