Responsible of FPnA activities for the Credit Card Product of Brazil Mexico and Colombia. Leader of a team of 12 Nubankers

• Part of the founding team in Mexico with the objective of shaping and growing not only the FPnA team but the whole Finance area processes. Leader of a team of 9 Nubankers and responsible of the areas of (i) Core FPnA for the Lending and Debit products (i) Procurement (iii) Cost Analytics and (iv) Real Estate.• Closely involved in Nubank's strategic plans such as the Series G fund round, M&A's and the IPO process. For NuMex I was the responsible of the long term strategic plan for acquiring a regulated entity license, raising different unsecured debt lines with a total amount of +US$500M and main point of contact for the IR team for the different Earnings Releases.• In the absence of a Head of Finance I was the main point of contact to the NuMex GM to support different decision making by analyzing financial performance, operating metrics and preparing strategic materials for management team, board of directors and regulators.

• Oversee a MXN$1.0bn portfolio dynamics of SME loans with a focus on (i) operational payment application (ii) stratification analysis to provide market intel to collection and underwriting teams and (iii) analyzing the collateral of +6 debt loan vehicles and a master trust.• Owner of the Financial Model to forecast short term and long term performance of the Company. Key for the discussions with both Debt and Equity Investors to raise more than US$100mm including a series B funding round.

Reporting on strategic issues such as mergers and acquisitions, expansion to new markets, negotiations for funding sources, profitability analysis, and reports to the board of directors

Reporting directly to the CEOs regarding investor relations, debt management, due diligence for funding sources, and reports to the board of directors.

Reporting directly to the founding partners to design and implement a viable business plan for the firm and, in quarterly follow-ups, to analyze the performance of the firm compared to the initial plan

Reporting directly to the CEO on strategic issues such as market analysis for product geographic expansion, financial models for new products and reports to the Board of Directors
