Manage a functional development team of technical leaders. Provide mentorship and development support to subject matter experts. Interview, hire and grow a local team of senior software engineers and SQL database developers responsible for quality, stability and performance improvement projects on the most critical areas of Consumer Direct Care Network's systems.
