As part of the Belron ANZ IT leadership team, I am responsible for Architecture across the Belron ANZ region, servicing both O’Brien Australia and Smith & Smith New Zealand.My focus is working with the executives and Program Manager/s on the technology vision, roadmap, strategy and execution thereof. In order to delivery that, I lead the governance, design and delivery of cloud-first solutions that aid in increasing revenue, operational efficiency and making it easier for both B2C and B2B customers to interact with O'Brien across it's three business divisions. Alongside my role as Enterprise Architect, I am also responsible for a multi-cultural team of Solution Architecture resources (direct reports) and aligning them to successfully execute a strategy and vision. I was entrusted with the role team lead, leading teams of up to 7 developers in building an integrated multi-vendor, multi-product solution on the Microsoft stack. My responsibilities include removing roadblocks, providing technical solutions, client liaison, sprint planning and reporting progress weekly the client as well as management.Most notable solution delivered:Azure hosted bespoke SPA and back-end for Lumino the Dentists (New Zealand) to allow digital signup of customers to the 'Lumino Dental Plan' at dental practices country wide. This solution was integrated with the 'Software of Exellence' EXACT Practice Management suite as well as 'Stripe' for management of recurring billing. This allowed customers to subscribe to a dental plan while being linked to their EXACT dental profile and related dental records. The project received the Microsoft Partner Awards 2019 - Engaging Customers Award.

At an intermediate level while being a developer myself, I had been given the responsibility to also perform team lead duties on a fully customized enterprise ERP solution. For the better part of a year I had lead a team of 5 developers. My responsibilities ranged from technical input, decision making, mentoring, development, budgets and resource management.Most notable solution delivered:Fully customized CRM, ERP, SPA and Mobile APP for O'Brien (Australia) utilizing Microsoft CRM 2013, Microsoft AX 2012, Bespoke AngularJs SPA and Windows Phone Mobile app. This solution drives the day-to-day operation of the Automotive Glass repair division at O'Brien.

I was responsible for writing code for new features as part of a long term plan to expand on a .NET MVC SAAS based product. This included writing bug fixes and the necessary tests as they were logged by clients through the support department. This required me to write extensive Unit tests written using NUnit and MOQ. CodeCoverage was executed after to determine the thoroughness of the testing. All code written had to meet the requirements as set out by the SOLID principles.

I worked as a software developer for Camara Consulting PTY (LTD) on several projects. One of which, I served as a on-site consultant for one of their clients, OneNebula PTY (LTD). They provided telecommunication optimization, support and analysis to their clients via a SAAS product as well as physical staff. I was part of a team that developed their client facing SAAS solution, that focused on saving company's money in terms of their telecommunication spending. We achieved this by optimizing the spending of companies on Mobile, Fixed and WAN services through data analysis and forecasting.
