Managed technical services department of 35 personnel, and maintenance department of over 200 personnel; supported 14 facilities nationwide. • Established strong operational financial budget skills in support of fleet sustainment, new product development, workforce management and supervision, supply logistics, aircraft and unit configuration management, quality control and depot maintenance scheduling.o Maintained 83% fleet wide operational availability despite concurrent multiple aircraft upgrades and fleet technical support requirements. • Senior technical authority for overseas engineering support and primary technical representative for $89M sustaining engineering and support contracts.
