Whilst continuing to drive Leeds forward I inherited teams within Newcastle and Liverpool to support their growth. I opened a Sheffield office that became responsible for the fastest growing and most successful office opening for Celsian.

Managed to turnaround a shrinking office and recruit a new team that ultimately tripled profitability to deliver 1M within 5 years, consistently growing by 150k-180k per year with a team of 5 billers.

North UK

Responsible for developing the 18 northern SEN consultants across the 16 branch locations across the north of the country. A privileged role which broadened my own experience whilst helping others to develop their skills.

Ran a busy desk within Select Education providing SEN teachers and support staff into specialist learning provisions and PRUs across West Yorkshire, peaking at 340 days to become the largest single manned desk in the company.

Complete start-up for a London based company with ambition of opening a national network. Incredibly hard work to grow a brand and local presence with (at the time) limited experience and very limited resources. I was able to take the office into profit within 1 year and during my time built a small team of 3 generating sustainable growth.

I inherited a very small primary desk across Bradford, Kirklees and Calderdale. From a low start and a vertical learning 'curve' I began to pick up a few internal awards as my desk started to show the fruits of months of dedicated and persistent business development.
