Experience in defining digital and mobile strategy in Latin America, creating great apps for our Sales Force and customers, such as business metrics, push notification with real time data, recognition after achieving goals, etc.Responsible of eBusiness and ecommerce areas, defining the strategy for Latin America subsidiaries regarding tools and products. Implementation of ecommerce sites based on User Experience based on web or mobile usage, adding upselling and cross selling controls.Key ProjectsResearch and deployment of new technologies in the business as the creation of new ERP with the modules of Finance, CRM, Sales, Marketing. Deployment of the Projects Management Office, including the deployment of project KPIs, dashboards, document templates, and portfolio analysis. Operations support plan to attend needs from different countries in Latin America. Definition of new eCommerce strategies to retain customers and increase sales.
