About Jessica Marfa

For the past 3 years I have been working for a software production company called Medi-Productions. At Medi-Productions I was responsible for communication with current clients, our sales force and our team in France. I also managed all social media accounts associated with the company. Currently I am working on a sales blog to help the sales force with creative new ways to sell our product. My first management job was at age 16 for Anheuser Busch. This position is what helped me realize that pursuing a business degree would be a good fit. I loved the organized management and the idea that I could eventually move from Lead Supervisor to Area Supervisor if I worked hard and did a good job. Additionally I have a little over 13 years of experience in the hospitality industry, which is why I believe I found my niche in Customer Experiance Management and client experience.
