• Responsible for the day to day operations of the Gaming Machines Operations Department• Stand in for the VP, Gaming Machines when requested, and support and assist with the development of strategic objectives, revenue generation, protection of company assets• Ensure the smooth operation of overlapping areas of cooperation between other departments.• Contributing to providing a challenging and exciting environment for team members to work within• Ensuring the recognition of team member performance, including team performance, both in terms of positive desirable behaviour, and in terms of substandard performance, and the management thereof• Ensuring all department policies and procedures are maintained on an up to date basis, recommending changes to reflect changes to our business operations, and ensuring that these policies and procedures are adhered to• Making recommendations regarding strategic and operational improvements to improve department performance in both qualitative and quantitative terms• Overseeing development, and execution of team member hiring process • Overseeing development, and execution of team member training program

RESPONSIBILITIES:• The complete operation of the company’s business and business units• Achieving organisational goals and objectives, including budgetary requirements• Ensuring guest comforts, needs, and wants are fully satisfied; ensuring customer service is King.• Management of the Gaming Product through continual monitoring of game performance, organisation of game conversions, recommending and arranging CAPEX for the purchase of new EGMs. • Ensuring Human Resources (along with the relevant Shift Manager) are adequate, well motivated and consistently assisting guests. Responsible for the final sign off for all new staff.• Ensuring Cage and Count Operations are managed safely and securely to minimise risk and protect against fraud and theft.• Ensuring adequate security and surveillance measures are constantly in place and utilised.• Ensuring the continual operation of the Acres Gaming System, inclusive of maintenance, the setting of jackpots, promotions and security controls in conjunction with the IT Contractors.• Continual monitoring, updating, and implementation of company policies and procedures• The provision of an annual Strategic Business Plan presented to Executive Management. Responsibility further extends to the continual referral to this plan ensuring minimal deviations from the stated business strategy; ensuring the stated goals and objectives are being achieved.• Continually seeking and developing new business opportunities• Implementation and management of Risk Management practices• All administrative duties for the company alongside the Gaming Administrator• The Company’s legal requirements, notably contracts, agreements, Gaming Board compliance, etc• Be assigned, from time-to-time, to special projects that are being undertaken• Attend management meetings as required
