As a Consultant, accomplishments include raising capital investment, comprehensive market research, business negotiations, and company structuring. Many were start-up operations that based upon new products and proprietary technologies, while others were to develop sales to existing markets and value added revenue.

This was a start-up company diversified as being a telecom wholesale carrier's carrier (international traffic) and equipment broker/leasing company. As managing partner responsibilities included: developing business, international and domestic, contracting, financial transactions and customer relations. Representing the company at trade shows and conventions produced many new opportunities.

This was a start-up company based on proprietary manufacturing technology with engineering and patents in place. Consulting accomplishments included creating and organizing presentations to marketing to qualified potential capital investors.

This was a company that developed a proprietary chemical soil stabilizer for road base development. Responsibilities were to analyze competition, research marketplace technologies and recommended patent protection. Collaboration for a marketing plan to raise capital for the company by designing the presentation to potential investors.

This company was formed as a spin-off from PIC (another agency). Major accomplishments included increasing a 2-man agency to 12 agents and several outside brokers. Responsibilities included negotiating several contracts with regional and national insurance companies and created a full-lines independent agency. Other duties included training, supervision and evaluation of personnel. Profit and loss was my responsibility. While in this business I obtained state required licensing to include: life & health agent and broker, casualty, fire & allied lines agent and broker, and surplus lines broker.

Accomplishments for this start-up F.A.A. 135 Air Carrier Operations included; Part 135 compliance organization and required filings, Charter sales, aircraft sales and leasing, and capital funding.

Responsibilities included corporate air charter sales and marketing. Other duties included aircraft and crew scheduling for on demand air taxi, complying with F.A.A. regulations and fleet management.

CaliforniaUpon certification from the F.A.A., duties included all aspects of air traffic control. Promoted to Facility Watch Supervisor at N.A.S. Pensacola. Qualified as Air Operations Supervisor aboard the U.S.S. Constellation CV-64.
