Mark Riggs is the CEO and lead strategist at Pemberton. He created the consultancy with the mission to liberate agencies from the RFP. Mark also speaks on a variety of agency-focused topics such as Organic Growth, Profitability, Value and the Business of the Agency. Mark created Pemberton to help professional service firms, agencies and other consultancies stop chasing new accounts at the expense of existing ones. Pemberton helps firms, from large multi-nationals to boutiques, see the potential in their existing clients and achieve organic growth. Additionally Pemberton supports professional services firms with Account Management Maturation, and Agency Evolution.Mark earned his bachelor’s in English language and literature from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and his master’s in sports marketing from NC State University. He lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife and their three children and many pets.
