Program Analyst
Current-Conducted research/analysis of a variety of countries’ infrastructures (including demographics, topography, financial systems, economic climates and policies, political structure and climate, foreign affairs, cyber security, and major infrastructure such as transportation, petrochemicals, telecommunications, water, and electric power) to create Command, Control, Communications & Computers (C4) Country Characterization reports and quick turn PowerPoint briefs for the customer. -Effectively communicated technical information in a way that would be clear to non-technical audiences through drafting reports, presentations, and point papers.-Co-authored 25 quick turn briefs and researched approximately 80 potential topics of interest from January 2021-August 2021.-Collected, maintained, and analyzed large datasets to assess the given topic and create graphs, graphics, and tables to further explain more complex material.-Edited and reviewed technical reports and system test plans for accuracy and consistency.-Conducted research on the locations of global infrastructure from the private and public sector for data entry into government software.-Served as the training coordinator for a government software training team and managed inquiries for those looking for training and account creation. Scheduled all training sessions and created cost estimates for the training team travel expenses.-Served as the Business Analyst on an Agile Scrum team and provided testing for new software to ensure its performance and documented any encountered bugs and feedback, provided data migration validation, created templates to streamline data entry processes, and created briefs to display the progress made by the Scrum team.-Provided inventory management and audit of the contract’s property book in Fall of 2021 to support a government property inventory audit.-Screened resumes/conducted interviews for new hires. Provided mentorship and training to a new hire and a student intern.
