I am the director of El Centro’s Academy for Children which is a bilingual pre-k that serves the great Kansas City area. I am a licensed masters level social worker with a focus on Pre-K through 12 education. Providing services to the diverse communities in and around Kansas City for over ten years, I have experience in managing culturally and linguistically diverse teams. These teams include working with Spanish speaking service professionals, Deaf and hard of hearing professionals, teachers, interpreters, Deafblind interpreters, VRS/VRI, vocational rehabilitation counselors, and related service providers.
