Here I co-ordinated all areas of marketing and branding for the iconic South Australian 'FruChocs' brand as well as their other smaller brands. The challenge that faced me was that this iconic brand had a huge amount of goodwill in the community but very little advertising support to keep the brand top-of-mind, especially with younger confectionery buyers. I spent a considerable amount of time ensuring the branding was high quality and consistent, and working with agencies to strategise and develop effective multi-channel campaigns. This took the brand out of its comfort zone and laid the foundation for a more youthful approach to its marketing.The results? A large increase in sales over the 18 months when I was there. I also left the company with a tool kit to ensure effective, consistent branding from now on.

I managed the operations of a large group of catering staff at various events around Adelaide. They were usually large weddings at wineries throughout the Adelaide Hills. This job taught me how to: - Manage under pressure. - Work to deadlines. - Manage expectations of all attendees.- Coordinate up to 20 staff for 15 hour shifts.
