CLIENTE PAGONXT (GRUPO SANTANDER)Dentro del Capítulo de Nivel de Servicio estaba asignado a la oficina de Incidencias bajo el rol de Incident Manager, desempeñando las siguientes tareas:- Gestión de incidencias críticas y no críticas para diferentes países involucrando a los diferentes squad técnicos en War Rooms en aras de resolver el incidente.- Seguimiento diario del backlog de incidencias con todos los equipos de IT- Seguimiento y Reporting con Negocio y el Comité de Dirección.- Gestión de Cambios, supervisando que todos los cambios que se llevaran a cabo en la producción estuvieran planificados e involucrados todos los steakholders.- Monitorización y Gestión del Alertado, revisando los recursos afectados en caso de saltar algún aviso.

CLIENTE BANKIADurante esta esta desempeñé el rol de responsable de proyecto.- Liderando el proyecto de Asesoramiento Puntual de Banca de Empresas (BdE). Gestionando equiposmultidisciplinares de 8 personas, aplicando framework Ágiles (Scrum) en su ejecución.- Colaboración en evolutivos y soporte sobre el aplicativo Bankia Gestión Experta (BGE).- Colaborando en la Integración con CaixaBank y gestionando el Cierre Operativo Bankia sobre losaplicativos BdE y BGE.- Tecnologías: Front-end (Angular JS y React JS), back-end (Java) y Cobol / DB2. Herramientas Slack y Trello.- Casos de Éxito: Tras el buen trabajo y desempeño en el proyecto BdE, desde Bankia nos concedieron el servicio de Vertical para el mantenimiento de este aplicativo junto con el de BGE, consiguiendo con ello el objetivo de la empresa de abrir negocio en Bankia.- Integración tecnológica Bankia – Caixabank. En donde colaboré en la creación de las interfaces MIFID para los aplicativos de Bankia Gestión Experta y Banca de Empresas.
