Create an In-house Prevention Service for the Barcelona CS Site employees:• Initiate transition from an External H&S Service Provider to an In-house H&S Service. Define a Prevention Plan, H&S Policy as well as the entire strategy to turn and manage occupational risk prevention internally.• Draft the entire H&S Management System of the site including all the procedures and inform the involved stakeholders about them.• Perform and manage all the technical specialities assumed by the In-house H&S Service: Safety at Work, Occupational Hygiene, Ergonomics and Psychosociology at work. Collaborate with the Company work doctor on defining the medical protocols.• Design the needed training for the Health, Safety and Wellbeing of the site employees.• Advise the H&S Committee and keep it updated about the annual H&S plan for the site.• Implement a specific H&S software to keep correct track of all H&S records (including external vendors).

Guide all the assigned Dental Clinics (61 centers) in the In-house H&S Service policies:• Audit each assigned clinic on Health & Safety, guide its Director to improve the center's H&S KPIs. Propose new actions to improve indicators. • Collaborate in the creation of the H&S Management System Procedures: medical equipment and center disinfection, syringe and PPEs disposal, Business Coordination Activities, etc.
