I noticed this immediately when I was working as a receptionist but then almost immediately after I was hired, I was given the opportunity to take on the extra responsibility of also dental and hygiene assisting. At another dental office, I was hired as a dental assistant however, I quickly was offered the back office manager position due to the previous manager leaving without warning. Soon after looking into everything I found out that there were a lot of areas that needed immediate fixing. The entire back office needed a complete makeover, including the overstock products being expired and ordering accounts not facilitated.
