As an Operations Management Intern I help analyze data for a franchisee and look for possible changes in product to mitigate loss and generate revenue. I am also tasked with finding new clients to relocate machines from places that have been closed due to COVID-19. I procure products on a weekly basis and vet multiple suppliers to make sure that we achieve the maximum profit margin.

I manage The Corner Butcher Shop, as well as manage the marketing and social media. Views have grown over 100% since taking control of marketing.

I was a Team Leader and Assistant Patrol Leader in my platoon. The responsibilities I had while serving range from ensuring the safety and well being of my team members to accounting for equipment and ensuring that my team members received all the training necessary to succeed in their jobs. While deployed I was accountable for $300,000 of UAV (Unmanned Areal Vehicle) equipment and $25,000 of weapons with no damage or loss of any kind. I motivated team members to complete Military education that maximize proficiency in their jobs. This later resulted in two of them being promoted ahead of their peers. I maintained zero injuries while conducting live fire ranges in the Middle East. I taught multiple classes to my Team for military education to further their knowledge of their job, as well as the skills and responsibilities of the rank above them. I also counseled them on life goals, where they want to be in 5 years and then 10 years.
