As part of the executive team, responsibility included definition, planning and execution of Novell's services on Linux strategy, which resulted in the formation of a new organization at Novell, centered on creating and moving Novell software value to the Linux platform. Also co-founded the new product strategy (new product line) targeted to the Linux platform.

Worked with several CEOs of Novell (Ray Noorda, Bob Frankenburg, Joe Maregi, Eric Schmidt and Jack Messman) directly, delivering keynotes, demonstrations, new product prototypes, Press Relations, industry books and articles aorund fostering and thriving Novell's core businesses.

C-Enterprises (still in business today) started out as Sierra Computer Services, with a charter to manufacture and sell high-quality computer cables into the booming PC market. I founded the business at a time where demand was high and manufactured cables were very expensive. As a result, I created a company that sold discounted, hand-made cabling into the San Diego / Los Angeles PC dealer market.
